There is so much for your child to learn, so many new concepts to explore in God's marvelous creation. Preschool is the first introduction to a lifetime of learning, and it’s a journey that should start off on the right foot.

The World is Theirs to Discover
Because preschool children are active learners, our classrooms are full of appropriate learning aids and stimulating toys to discover.
Preschool children are learning about balance, routine and structure. Our days offer a varied range of experiences: working alone and working with a group; indoor and outdoor events; active and quiet moments and listening and talking opportunities.
Our daily routine consist of learning Colors, Shapes, Math, Language and Letters, Music and Movements, Concepts.

Playing with Purpose
We believe that play time is crucial. Our Preschoolers work really hard playing at Kids on the Move. When children play with PURPOSE they learn about themselves and the world around them.
Children are given time to play with PURPOSE.
That play time gives children opportunities to explore, experiment, use their imaginations and ask questions. Children are encouraged to contribute their own ideas and interpretations to what they are engaged in.
They learn problem solving strategies with the materials they are working with and also with their peers. Children also learn what they enjoy playing with and what they find to be their least favorite.
Many parents are concerned that their children are getting the "academics" at preschool. To make learning meaningful at the preschool level we need to make learning playful at an age appropriate level.
Curriculum
We use a variety of curriculum planning tools to provide a preschool program that is both developmental and responsive to individual students.
The curriculum revolves around different themes/units each week/month including numbers, alphabets, colors, shapes .
These units may include, family, friends, safety, health, seasons, transportation, apples, pumpkins, animals, machines and tools, church, community helpers and Christmas and much more.
The children learn through senses, curiosity, imitation, conversations, imagination, and activities such as art, music, books, nature, blocks, puzzles, and Bible Stories.
The goal of this program is to provide a well-rounded curriculum that aids children in all areas of development.
Religious Facility
We are a religious exempt Christian child- care facility and a part of the ministries of Church on the Move. As such, our goal is to provide your child an experience where they can learn the fundamentals of education and feel the love of God. We pray that you and your child will find caring people whose aim is to serve you and to help your child grow. Because of our Christian philosopy and worldview, your child will be exposed to teachings of the Bible and Prayer.
